1. Do I need an appointment, or do you take walk-ins?
Eden’s Tranquility prefers if you have an appointment. However, there is occasionally walk-in availability. So you can call/text ahead to check the availability or check online and book!

2. How do I book a session?
Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or directly through our studio.
3. What should I know about arriving for my first massage?
Since Eden’s Tranquility does not have a front desk or secretary, please plan to arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your scheduled session. If you arrive sooner, the door may still be locked while I finish with another client. Occasionally, it may be unlocked if another wellness practitioner in the building is with their own client. If it is, please come in and sit down quietly. I will be out with you shortly. If the door is locked, simply wait a moment and I’ll be with you as soon as your session time begins.
4. What types of massage do you offer?
We provide a variety of services, including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, prenatal, aromatherapy, and trigger point release massage. If you’d like to know more, check out our SERVICES page to see more in-depth descriptions.
5. How much pressure is used during a massage?
Pressure can be light, medium, or firm, depending on your comfort level and treatment goals. Always let your therapist know your preference.
6. Do you offer massage for children or teens?
Yes. We provide massage for clients as young as 10, with parental permission or supervision. Any child younger than 10 may be accepted based on their case. Just inquire with me prior to attempting to book.

7. What should I expect during my session?
Your therapist will review your health history, discuss your goals, and explain the process. You’ll always remain comfortably draped, and your privacy and comfort are top priorities.
8. What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
- Same-day cancellations or cancellations made up to 2 hours before your appointment will incur a 38% fee of the service price.
- No-call/no-shows or cancellations made after the 2-hour deadline will result in a 50% fee of the service price.
- To avoid fees, please call at least 24 hours in advance.
- Rescheduling: The first reschedule is free, the second reschedule has a $10 fee, and the third reschedule may result in forfeiting your massage at the therapist’s discretion.
9. What if I arrive late?
Late arrivals will result in reduced session time so that the next client’s appointment can begin on time. The full session fee still applies, so please plan to arrive on time for the best experience.
10. Do you accept tips?
Tips are appreciated but never required. Your comfort and wellness are our main priority.
11. Is massage safe during pregnancy?
Yes. We offer prenatal massage designed for comfort and safety. Please consult your doctor first if you have any concerns. Please note we do not massage prenatal clients until they have been cleared by a doctor at/after 12 weeks. We apologize for the inconvenience.

12. Do you use essential oils?
Yes, we offer aromatherapy and essential oil options, which can be customized to your preferences. Take a peek at our other add-ons.
13. How often should I get a massage?
It depends on your needs. Some clients come weekly for stress relief, while others schedule monthly for wellness maintenance. Every BODY is different.
